Fully upgraded to meet all current hygiene, health and safety legislation our clean modern factory offers total control of the processing chain from boat to customer. Established in 1986, fifteen years of gradual expansion have enabled us to establish an extremely efficient and cost effective production process. Our aim is to produce a consistently high quality product at competitive prices.

Many factories are now only producing machine graded scampi. We hand select and finger lay the product. This give us a better presentation of the finished product. Precise hand grading and lower mechanical damage enables us to return better prices to the fishermen with whom we work. Flexible working arrangements guarantee same day processing. This allows us to optimise our product quality whilst maximizing the monetary and gastronomic value of this unique wild caught marine species.
